Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AugIntelli website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

AugIntelli provides AI decision infrastructure services including data pipeline engineering, decision intelligence systems, and operational AI infrastructure. Specific services are defined in individual engagement agreements or statements of work.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to systems and data required for service delivery, and appropriate personnel to support the engagement.

Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any data or systems access to AugIntelli for the purposes of service delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AugIntelli retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, tools, and general-purpose components developed during an engagement.

Client-specific implementations, custom models, and deliverables built exclusively for a client are assigned to the client upon full payment, as specified in the engagement agreement.

AugIntelli may use general learnings from engagements to improve its services, provided no confidential client information is disclosed.

AugIntelli treats all client information, data, and business details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement and remain in force indefinitely unless the information becomes publicly available through no action of AugIntelli.

AugIntelli's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

AugIntelli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AugIntelli warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards for enterprise software engineering.

We do not warrant that our systems will be error-free or uninterrupted, but we commit to addressing material defects promptly and in good faith.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

AugIntelli may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or actions that create legal or reputational risk.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
